This week sees the last of our Summer runs, and as tradition goes we will meet at the National Trust Highdown Chalk Car Park for a run out to the Needles and back. As the nights are darker please meet at 6.30 for a 6.45pm start, please also wear a torch as this will be needed for the last half of the run.
