The Criteria for gaining a Bonus are as follows:-
- Age Cat Bonus: win an Age Category - 1st, 2nd or 3rd pos
- Marathon Bonus: run the IOW Road Marathon
- Terrains Bonus: run on 3 Terrains (Road, Off road, Multi-terrain)
- Distance Bonus: run 4 or more Distances
- Series Bonus: run 2 or more Races in a Series
- Streak Bonus: a Streak of 4 races in a row.
