Club Run Summer Schedule 2026
All club runs are on Wednesdays and are detailed below. Please meet at 6.45pm for briefing and prompt 7pm start. Members and non-members welcome.
There will usually be 2 runs to choose from:
1) A 5 mile distance run with the aim that it is completed in 1 hour
2) A 5km distance that has a gentler pace.
Runners will be expected to loop back and stick together on both runs.
If you don't think you can reasonably complete the longer run in 1 hour we suggest you do the 5km route.
