The Age Category Bonus Points are as follows:
The Points for Each Race are as follows:
The ‘Bonus’ Conditions are as follows:
- Age Cat Bonus: win an Age Category - 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place - 10 points
- Marathon Bonus: run Any Marathon - 30 points
- Terrains Bonus: run 3 different Terrains (Road, Off road, Multi-terrain) - 30 points
- Distance Bonus: run 4 or more Distances - 40 points
- Series Bonus: complete 2 or more Races in a Series - 20 points
- Streak Bonus: a Streak of 4 races out of 6 Race Dates - 20 points
There are three Series of Races -
- the Easter Runs,
- Festival of Running,
- Fell Running Series
The Marathon, Streak, Series and Age Category Bonuses can all gained more than once during the year
(the Age Category Bonus can be gained up to 3 times during the year)
