from Paul: "Good day everyone, Due to other commitments, next week's run is a change from the advertised run. <snip> route roughly 10k/6.2 miles. A slightly shorter route of 4 miles is available.
Mixed terrain, all off road with some of the route through woods.
Due to length of run we will need to set off on time. 6.45 meet for 7.00 run. ( Take note Rog!)
Will plan to eat at the Fighting Cocks afterwards, but we will need to know numbers beforehand as we will need to book. I will send dinner requests early next week.

Just a couple of points.
The Fighting Cocks would like us to order by about 8.15. So we need to be there pretty soon after the run. So if you get chance to look at the menu before then it might be beneficial.
As this is a longish run, Jackie will start earlier at 6.45 to lead anyone who wants to run slower or set off early. Otherwise 7.00 start.
Directions to the Airport:
if travelling from apse heath, down the hill and turn left into Sandown airfield, follow the lane which crosses the end of the run way, veer right when you get to the caravan park and keep following the lane, over a few humps until you get to some industrial units, parking on the left opposite ICR touch offices.
