from Gemma: This Wednesdays run will be from my beach hut in Colwell. Meet at 6.45pm for a prompt 7pm start, <snip> There is plenty of free parking on Colwell Common or you may find some down Colwell Chine Road.
The route is just over 5 miles with options for shortening
After the run I would like to invite you all to join me for a chip-butty tea! Could let me know if you plan on staying it would be useful for me to know numbers :)
You are welcome to store bags at the beach hut for afterwards too. I will also provide some soft drinks please feel free to bring anything else along that you may like.
