This week's run will be from the Jubilee car park in Lynch Lane between Brook and Calbourne ... It will be 5 miles with an option to shorten. I have to admit that it contains two long hills (and two long downhills!). All on major tracks and although there is some mud there is always a dry route. Some sections of the tracks are rough underfoot so wear appropriate footwear and take care. Half of the run is in woodland so heat shouldn't be an issue (that has probably passed anyway). As the evenings are drawing in, meet at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start.
